OUR VISION
Tidewater Classical Academy is a ministry of
Green
Run Baptist Church. Our vision is to assist (never
replace) parents as they fulfill their commission to "bring
up [their children] in the discipline and instruction of the
Lord." Ephesians 6:4 (ESV) Our desire is to add (1) grade a year,
until we are a full, PreK-12 classical Christian school.
OUR LEADERSHIP
The school is managed by an executive school board,
made up of members
of various local churches (under the oversight of GRBC). To learn more

OUR LOGO
The shield represents
the “shield of faith” while the green wreath is the “victory
crown” of King Jesus. The red border signals the blood shed by
our Savior for our sins. The center design is the Triquetra, or “Trinity Knot,” an ancient Christian symbol of
the three Persons of the Trinity, joined as One. The three Latin words
are Veritas (Truth), Fides (Faith), andGratia (Grace). These
three words represent the foundational virtues that we seek to build in each of
our students.
