Mike Harkin (Chairman) - Mike currently works as a business manager for CHEMcorr, Inc. Prior to coming to Virginia Beach, Mike served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps and taught Western Civilization I (part-time) for Park University. Mike and his wife, Ashley, along with their three children (Blake, Korinne, and Austin), attend New Life Presbyterian Church.

Loren Duncan (Member) - Loren works in the supply department at VT Milcom, Chesapeake, Virginia. He is retired from the U.S. Navy, after serving 22 years in the submarine force in both Pacific and Atlantic fleets. Loren also supports TCA as a substitute teacher. He and his wife, Rosalina, live in Virginia Beach and their daughter, Margaret, lives in California. Loren is a deacon at New Life Presbyterian Church.

Mike Pregitzer (Ex-Officio Member) - Mike currently works as a course development designer for Regent University. His previous work experience includes 15 years in Human Resource management and as an instructor at Regent University’s School of Business. He and his wife, Kathy, along with their two boys, Ryan and James, live in Chesapeake and attend New Life Presbyterian Church in Virginia Beach.
